Hi, I'm the Evil Face...of Evil...

Now, I know what you're thinking, "Isn't there already an Evil Face of Evil newgrounds page?"....Well yeah.  That was my page until I forgot all my information on it, including passwords and email adresses.  So, this is the new page.  For those who don't know, I'm an animator.  However, I seemed to have missplaced my copy of flash, could anyone point me to a new animation program that's free?  Perferably a program that is more freindly to frame by frame animators?
